ET Sniper: Enhancing Customer Interactions with Email and Text Communications
ET Sniper is a Chrome-based program developed by adevclubs that aims to enhance phone-based customer interactions. It provides one-click Email and Text communications and instant connection to a client-controlled content platform. With ET Sniper, users can create an unlimited repository of prebuilt email and text messages, organized within campaigns and accessible to the entire organization.
The program offers powerful personalization features, including User Entered Data and Auto Field Capture, which allow users to expand their communication beyond basic static messaging. This includes sending proposals, orders, confirmations, and more. ET Sniper is designed to give agents instant access to predefined email and text messages, regardless of the system they are using.
ET Sniper can be used on any webpage or web-based application run within Chrome, such as CRMs, Dialer Pages, and Google Sheets. It also offers an Instant Presentation Platform called OfferPad, where users can create offers consisting of various content items, such as images, videos, and rich text documents. These offers can be sent to prospects with just one click, and agents can add, replace, and remove content for the prospect's viewing.
In addition, ET Sniper now includes a new Click2Dial feature, which is a no-cost add-on extension that provides click-to-dial functionality from any web page or web-based app. This extension works in conjunction with the ET Sniper account and can be found in the Chrome Store.
